The Duro Knobby is designed for use in racing and other situations where knobby tires are advantageous. Treads dig deep for grip where you need it with a sidewall lined in knobs to provide cornering grip and added protection where you need it.

I looked for a long time for a knobby tire in this size for a restoration project, and was, of course, quite happy when I found the Duro Knobby HF240 which is almost exactly what I wanted; varying only in the orientation of the “knobs” in the tread. The service provided me when I placed the order was rapid, professional and complete; I received the tires only two or three days later delivered to my front door. Thank you for the correct product at a reasonable price, delivered in timely manner. I will return to the vendor’s website as it becomes appropriate!

The tires were so flat it was hard to mount them on a 10 in. rim. I finally had to put a tube in one of them because it would not seat. We tried everything to get them to seat. One tire had a crease in the bead seating area.
