Hello, I have a question about the DI-K911 and DI-591 tires. Are these tires allowed to be driven on the road?
Hello, these tires are not certified for use on public roads (NHS). In fact as of 2022 there is no regulation, classification, or guideline that would make or allow any ATV/UTV tire "street legal" or approved by NHTSA or DOT. NHTSA/DOT has notified tire manufacturers to remove the "DOT" stamp if present from ATV/UTV tires being manufactured moving forward. Tire dealers have also been told to stop advertising or describing any ATV/UTV tires they sell as DOT "approved", "rated", "compliant", etc. If you would like further assistance, please contact us at 877-256-1815 and one of our tire experts would be happy to help you select the correct tire model and size for your particular machine and application.
