I’ve tracked my order and it shows delivered, but I have not received it?
Missing orders must be reported within 48 hours. Once you have notified one of ATVtires.com’s sales representatives at 877-256-1815, they will begin a trace with the appropriate carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to complete a delivery investigation.
Are shipping charges included in the price of the item?
Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. For orders less than $99, a $9.95 shipping charge will be added. Some larger items may have an additional handling fee. For more information on shipping, please see our shipping information page.
Can I order from and/or ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship to Canada on a regular basis, please see our shipping information page. Some lightweight items may qualify to ship internationally, there are a limited number of countries to which we currently ship. Please call us at 877-256-1815 to determine if we can ship to your country.
What shipping methods may I choose?
We ship regular ground via Fed Ex, Spee-Dee Delivery, and the United States Post Office (Order received in 2-7 business days). Should you require a different shipper, you would be required to pay for the shipping charges or supply a prepaid shipping label.
