Is it safe to pay by credit card over the internet?
ATVTires.com takes the security of your credit card information very seriously. This is why we use PayPal as the internet gateway to process your credit card transaction. PayPal is one of the most well-known and trusted payment processors which means we can provide you with unparalleled security and service on this extensive website and shopping cart. None of your credit card information is stored by our company.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax in any state that we have economic nexus. Sales tax is added to the order based on the ship-to address.
Are shipping charges included in the price of the item?
Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. For orders less than $99, a $9.95 shipping charge will be added. Some larger items may have an additional handling fee. For more information on shipping, please see our shipping information page.
Can I order from and/or ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship to Canada on a regular basis, please see our shipping information page. Some lightweight items may qualify to ship internationally, there are a limited number of countries to which we currently ship. Please call us at 877-313-9866 to determine if we can ship to your country.
What shipping methods may I choose?
We ship regular ground via Fed Ex, Spee-Dee Delivery, and the United States Post Office (Order received in 2-7 business days). Should you require a different shipper, you would be required to pay for the shipping charges or supply a prepaid shipping label. What if I make a mistake when ordering? Can I change or cancel my order?
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team at 877-313-9866 to obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) and the proper address to return the item(s). We have a 30-day return policy. For details, see our return policy.
What do I do if I find that the product that I ordered is defective or damaged?
You should contact ATV Tires right away at 877-313-9866 and advise them of the specific issue and/or defect. Be prepared to provide at least 3 clear, electronic/digital photos showing the entire part, a close-up of the defect, and a close-up of the product name and any specifications including the date code if it is a tire. Please be sure to keep the original package/shipping package as well.
What happens if I receive the product and realize I ordered the wrong product?
If you order the wrong product, don’t worry. We have a 30-day return policy. We will be happy to exchange the product for you. Please call us at 877-313-9866 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and the address where you can return the item. Returns without an RGA# may take longer to process. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. After 30 days all sales are final.
What happens if I order the right product, but am shipped the wrong product?
Our mistake and we apologize. Please call us at 877-313-9866 and we will provide an RGA# along with a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item. We will promptly correct the mistake and reship the correct part at no additional cost to you.
What happens if I simply decide I do not want the products I ordered?
No Problem. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. Please call 877-313-9866 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and the return address. We will issue a refund via the original payment method used. Tires must be unused/unmounted, not installed for “testing” purposes, and be in the original manufacturer packaging. Will I risk ordering a product only to find out it is on backorder?
We will list an item as on backorder when you add the item to your cart. There are circumstances when there may be an inventory error or multiple orders received for the same item in a short time frame. In these instances, we will contact you right away to offer an alternative item, provide an ETA on the item, or offer a refund. We make no substitutions without customer approval.
Does the tire come with the rim/wheel?
No, rims/wheels are sold separately. To determine the appropriate rim/wheel needed, you will need to know the bolt pattern and offset of what you currently have on the machine. If you need wheels, we recommend that you call one of our experts at 877-313-9866 for assistance.
I’ve tracked my order and it shows delivered, but I have not received it?
Missing orders must be reported within 48 hours. Once you have notified one of Midwest Traction’s sales representatives at 877-313-9866, they will begin a trace with the appropriate carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to complete a delivery investigation.
