Hello, these tires are not certified for use on public roads (NHS). In fact as of 2022 there is no regulation, classification, or guideline that would make or allow any ATV/UTV tire "street legal" or approved by NHTSA or DOT. NHTSA/DOT has notified tire manufacturers to remove the "DOT" stamp if present from ATV/UTV tires being manufactured moving forward.
