What's the difference between 9R and 9 for the width of the tire? Kevin Heemstra asked on September 9, 2022

The "R" in the width of the tire size is just indicating that it is a radial tire. A bias type tire will not have the "R". ATVtires.com answered on September 12, 2022

Can I run the Quadboss QBT846 Tires - 26-11R12 at a lower psi than the 32 psi recommended? I have a Polaris ranger and the recommended pressure is 16 psi Bob Caldwell asked on August 15, 2022

The short answer is yes. 32 is the max PSI for the tire so just do not exceed that max. Chances are you will not want to run at the max PSI anyway. If you are carrying passengers or a heavier load then a higher PSI would be recommended. Use your best judgement and set the PSI lower to fit your needs. Rocky, sandy, muddy, snowy or other loose terrain, etc. The 16 PSI Polaris Ranger recommended pressure you mentioned was for the OEM tires that came on your Ranger.
