Q & A

Are these DOT approved? Billie asked on June 28, 2023

Hello, no they are not. In our listing under "Specifications" it says "DOT Compliant: No. Please note as of 2022 there is no regulation, classification, or guideline that would make or allow any ATV/UTV tire "street legal" or approved by NHTSA or DOT. NHTSA/DOT has notified tire manufacturers to remove the "DOT" stamp if present from ATV/UTV tires being manufactured moving forward. Tire dealers have also been told to stop advertising or describing any ATV/UTV tires they sell as DOT "approved", "rated", "compliant", etc.
