Tires are nice. Bought them for mostly gravel roads with moderate off road use. Not super thrilled they pick up lots of gravel. Not shown is a number of ~1" wide rocks I pulled from the treads before taking pictures.

Yes that should fit. As a general rule of thumb you can go up or down an inch and be fine.
