Can these be mounted to the existing headlock wheels and are these DOT approved?Stephen Sommer asked on July 7, 2023
Hello, yes they should mount up to beadlock rims. No they are not DOT Approved. As of 2022 there is no regulation, classification, or guideline that would make or allow any ATV/UTV tire "street legal" or approved by NHTSA or DOT. NHTSA/DOT has notified tire manufacturers to remove the "DOT" stamp if present from ATV/UTV tires being manufactured moving forward. Tire dealers have also been told to stop advertising or describing any ATV/UTV tires they sell as DOT "approved", "rated", "compliant", etc.
