The Carlisle ACT HD is pretty much the same tire as the ACT except for one thing. One of the belts is extended to the bead of the tire, giving it more puncture resistance.
As with the ACT the ACT HD is a radial tire providing enhanced handling, longer tire life, and a smoother experience when compared to a bias tire. The 6-ply rated Carlisle ACT HD is a great all-around tire at home, on the trail, or in the muddiest conditions.
